THE COLLEGE OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE & PHARMACOLOGY CANADA

The College of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Pharmacology Canada (CTCMPC) was founded in 1993. Our mission is to provide comprehensive formal education to our students so that they can master all aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine and be fully prepared to meet the challenges in their clinical practices upon graduation. The curriculums for the various programs are specially designed by the Faculty of Capital University of Medical Science from Beijing for students in Canada and the United States. We have paid special attention to the structural logistics of the course contents, the completeness of the scope they cover, the practicality of their applications in North America, and the effectiveness of our teaching methods. It is our goal to ensure that our students receive professional training in Traditional Chinese Medicine that is on par with formal university standards. With their proficient therapeutic techniques and effective clinical practices, our graduates have earned the confidence of their clients and the commendations of other TCM and Acupuncture Practitioners. Graduates, according to their academic achievements, will be awarded diplomas issued by the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Pharmacology Canada.

All the professors and lecturers on our college are specially selected according to the standards of the Capital University of Medical Science. They have all the required qualifications of being graduates of formal medical universities or TCM universities, being active TCM practices, having more than 7 years of clinical and teaching experience, having good teaching skills, communication skills and are dedicated educators.

Under the leadership of our President, Dr. James Yuan, and the efforts of our Institution, we are proud to state that, in the past ten years, we have contributed to the development of many competent Chinese Medicine Practitioners in Canada, who are graduates of our College. Itīs our sincere wish that all our students would become outstanding practitioners in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture field and be assets to our Community.
